ArcBella reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

2. Payments and Pricing

2.1 Payment Required Upfront

Payment is required in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars. We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize ArcBella Career Studio LLC to charge the amount specified.

2.2 Starting At Pricing

Prices listed on our website represent the minimum starting rate for each service tier. Final pricing is determined based on the full scope of your project and will always be communicated to you before any charge above the stated starting rate is applied. You will never be charged more than the starting rate without prior notice and your agreement.

2.3 Custom Proposals

For complex or multi-service projects, a written custom proposal will be provided outlining scope, deliverables, and pricing. Work does not begin until the proposal is accepted and payment is received.

2.4 Financing

Where financing options are available through third-party providers, those arrangements are governed by the terms of the financing provider. ArcBella Career Studio LLC is not a lender and is not responsible for the terms, conditions, or approval decisions of any financing partner.

3. Revisions

Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds as communicated at the time of purchase. A revision round means one complete set of client feedback addressed by ArcBella in a single response.

Revisions beyond the included rounds are subject to additional fees. Any additional fees will be quoted and agreed upon in writing before work on additional revisions begins. ArcBella reserves the right to determine what constitutes a revision versus a new scope of work.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. ArcBella Career Studio LLC does not offer refunds once work has commenced.

Due to the personalized, time-intensive, and intellectual nature of our services, we are unable to offer refunds after work has begun. In the event that ArcBella is unable to deliver the agreed service due to circumstances on our end, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the project at our discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

•       Respond to requests for additional information or feedback within a reasonable time

•       Review deliverables promptly and submit revision feedback within the timeframe communicated at delivery

ArcBella Career Studio LLC is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by the client. Project timelines may be extended if the client does not respond within reasonable timeframes.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Client Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final resume or other written deliverables created specifically for you by ArcBella Career Studio LLC.

6.2 ArcBella Portfolio Rights

ArcBella Career Studio LLC retains the right to use anonymized, de-identified, and substantially altered examples of work for portfolio, marketing, or educational purposes. We will never share your name, employer, contact information, or any identifying details without your explicit written consent.

6.3 Website Content

All content on arcbellacareerstudio.com, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the intellectual property of ArcBella Career Studio LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

7. No Guarantee of Employment

Employment results depend on many factors entirely outside our control, including market conditions, employer decisions, the number of applicants, individual interview performance, and timing. Our services improve your materials and preparation — the outcome of your job search is ultimately yours to claim.
